Policy
A set of guidelines that outlines how the Wabeno Public Library defines a volunteer and how to become one, what the responsibilities and expectations are (such as knowing the Confidentiality of Library User Records state statute and that we are a drug- and alcohol-free workplace), and how training and supervision will work.

Handbook
A document that outlines the roles, expectations, and pertinent information for volunteers. Includes: Library Mission and Vision, Volunteer Policy, What you can expect as a volunteer, guidelines (behavior, dresscode, etc.), emergency plan, and library language information.

Training
Training is provided for all volunteer at and during assignments.

Safe Space
You are important to the library. We welcome all individuals, regardless of age, political or social views, gender and gender expression, sexuality, persons with disabilities, race, ethnicity, or country of origins.
